My policy has not started – Please log into your customer account, choose the policy you wish to cancel, and select Cancel. You will receive a full refund within three to five working days.
My policy has already started - Due to the short term nature of the policy, we are not able to offer a refund if a policy is cancelled after it has begun.
If you would like to cancel a policy that has already started, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and provide the following details:
- Driver’s Full name
- Driver’s Driving licence number
- Driver’s Date of birth
- Driver’s Postcode
- Policy Number
