Every driver needs their own Veygo account. Once you have registered, you are unable to change the name on the account so please make sure you spell it correctly.
You are only able to update or make changes to your account once every 30 days. If you do require immediate changes to your account, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and ensure you include the following information:
- Driver’s Full name
- Driver’s Driving licence number
- Driver’s Date of birth
- Driver’s Postcode
- Details that need changing
Please note that we cannot guarantee all changes and if any changes are made, these won’t come into effect until we have confirmed this to you in writing.
